This is a quick review after spending a few minutes in the app. I love the sections with resources like breathing exercises, affirmations, etc-- I think it aligns perfectly with the mission of the happiness project. I think it might be good to have an app solely dedicated to those resources in the future. Clothes are cute, I just wish there were more! The only issues I see is that sometimes images on the pages lag a tad and it can be too sensitive to touch. Other than that it's a great start :)

Not sure how I could've gotten through the past few months without this app. Started as a message system, then moved to an app that gives notifs occasionally. There are mental health resources, affirmations for anxiety/depression/body image, breathing exercises, and more. I pull it up when I'm stressed or overwhelmed, and it helps a lot.
